Work schedule: 15-20 hours a Week

Position Summary:

The temporary role of Operations Assistant (OA) is to assist the operations team leaders in maintaining day-to-day functions and projects while a key team member is on maternity leave. The OA will be expected to perform a variety of tasks that help keep long-term projects on track that may include urgent activities to be completed. 

This person is passionate about service, organization, mission work and understands our success-oriented target woman and the challenges and opportunities they face. The candidate will be relational, compassionate, organized, and confidential when appropriate.

  • Administrative support to the VP of Program and Operations
    • Preparing reports, presentations, and assisting with special projects
    • Managing expense reports and travel arrangements
  • Assist in responses to internal and external partners and teams
  • Management of internal operational systems including but not limited to
    • Task Management Apps: Asana
    • Calendar Updates
    • Volunteer Service Systems: Google
    • Internal systems: Office 365
  • Execution of collateral design and content updates
  • General problem solving and additional supportive duties as assigned


  • Organization.  Ability to create and work in systems
  • Tech Savvy.  Able to work within CRM system, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom and other software
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
  • Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple programs: Microsoft Office 365, Keynote, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign  
  • Diplomatic and tactful
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Candidates must have 2+ years of professional experience, associates degree or equivalent.
