Idella spent 32 years with J. D. Edwards (Oracle), a software company giving customers greater control of their business with solutions that adapt to changing business requirements. There she served in various executive leadership roles in areas including customer service, accounting, training, translation and documentation and marketing. In her last position as Vice President, she was responsible for the Customer Advocacy, Global Support Services and Customer Relationship Management teams. She also served on the board of directors of the Independent User Group and served as Chair of the J. D. Edwards Foundation Board. Today, Idella is active in her community and serves on the boards of Thrive and National Christian Foundation Colorado. Idella is the proud mother of two children and four grandchildren. Wendy’s two-word purpose statement is “connecting vision.” She loves to share stories of Christ-centered generosity, and to connect people to their God-given purpose and passion. She serves as VP Communications for Global Disciples, and her professional background includes leadership roles with Sight & Sound Theatres and Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Children’s Hospital. Wendy and her husband, Bob, live in Lititz, PA, and have two married daughters, and two grandsons.
Kim King served as an attorney and manager in the law department of Exxon Mobil Corporation for over thirty years. She is now pursuing writing and other interests and lives in Houston with her four-legged roommate, Callie. She has served on the boards of various ministries. She loves to learn, write, and teach. Her first book, When Women Give, was released by InterVarsity Press in August 2017. Kim is passionate about helping women fulfill their purpose to the glory of God. Her purpose statement is “bringing clarity.”
Ann McKusick has served as a non-profit executive in development and stewardship with World Vision, Fuller Theological Seminary and National Christian Foundation, as a consultant to Christian foundations and ministries through Giving Ventures and as a volunteer board member. She is the founder of World Vision’s national program, Women of Vision, and a founding partner of Women Doing Well, LLC. Ann lives in Pasadena, California, with her husband, Richard. Her purpose statement “awakening purpose.”
Donna Schumell’s greatest joy comes from helping women to reach their highest potential and to experience abundance in work and life. As the CMO of Redefining Wealth for Women, she has elevated the wealth and leadership capabilities of women and men in industries within the corporate world, small businesses, and entrepreneurial enterprises. Donna’s approach is tactical, practical and heart-focused. Her style is direct, humorous, and results-focused. She and her husband Bill live in the booming metropolis of North Lake, Wisconsin. Mary Tomlinson is a high-energy motivator who is passionate about encouraging individuals and implementing change. With over 40 years of corporate and consulting experience, including 18 years at Disney, she has a real-world perspective on business and life. As president of On-Purpose Partners, Mary works with businesses, non-profits and individuals, helping each achieve greater purpose and focus. She lives in Wake Forest, N.C., with her husband and is a happy “Mimi” to four grandchildren. Her purpose statement is “inspiring hope.”
Tracy Nordyke currently serves as the Mission Increase Vice President of Training and Curriculum Development, working to develop Transformational Giving training materials and coaching the Area Director staff. Tracy has worked in fundraising for over twenty-five years including consulting in marketing, communications, and donor discipleship with ministries in virtually every sector of the Christian nonprofit world. Tracy earned a BA in History at the University of California Irvine.
