Over 8 weeks, we will be completing Yale University’s most popular course online: The Science of Well-Being. As we dive into the study, focusing on psychological science that teaches us to be happier and less stressed, we will also hear from Women Doing Well & We Want More staff on biblical truths as it relates to the teachings, and participate in small group discussions each week to dive deeper into the content and share our experiences as we try to form new habits.
