Position Summary: The Communication and Content Manager brings much needed strategy
and execution to help grow our communication and content. This role will provide strategic
thinking to communication and content as it relates to the organizations objectives and desired
KPI’s. This person is passionate about messaging, transformation, creating content, generosity,
and understands our success-oriented target woman and the challenges and opportunities they
face. The candidate will be relational, strategic, organized, and confidential when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, together with VP of Strategy, an annual communication plan as it relates to key business objectives
  • Prioritize, plan and execute communication projects with Ops manager to integrate communications into other operational areas
  • Create communication calendar for existing communications and new projects
  • Build marketing plan specifically for Wholehearted Pathway to stimulate growth to Ignite track as well as retention of participants
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials (print, video cuts, creative, etc.) to promote wholehearted pathway and other events
  • Work with VP of Experiences to determine any needed content and any content that can be used in marketing material for patrons and partners
  • Create and execute social media plan
  • Build internal communication mechanism (i.e. slack platform, email, etc) for information sharing for whole team
  • Meet regularly with VP of Experiences and Ops manager to ensure organizational coherence
  • Alongside Operations Manager, coordinate writer, designer and website needs as relates to communications projects
  • Work with Operations Manager to manage the distribution of content across all channels

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • College degree or experience equivalent
  • 5 plus years experience and proven track record for increasing customer participation/sales
  • Self-Starter
  • Knowledge of ministry world and connections a plus
